Aero Zeppelin - song #13 on Incesticide. Recorded
12/24/88 in the Reciprocal Studios, Seattle. Chad Channing plays drums on
this track. Written by Kurt Cobain.
Albini, Steve - recorded the In Utero album.
All Apologies - song #12 on In Utero,
and song #13 on Unplugged. On In Utero, Kera Schaley plays cello, and on
Unplugged Lori Goldston plays the cello on this song. The In Utero version
was released as a single in December of '94. It's B-sides include
"Rape Me" and "MV". The unplugged video was a huge hit
on MTV, and it was #7 on the Top 100 countdown of 1994. Written by Kurt
Cobain.
Aneurysm - song #15 on Incesticide. Recorded in the
U.K.for the BBC Radio 1 Mark Goodier Sessions on 11/5/91 and was produced
by Miti Adhikari. The original version appears on the "Smells Like
Teen Spirit" import single and the six song import
"Hoarmoaning". It was recorded 1/1/91 by Craig Montgomery at
Music Source, Seattle. Written by Kurt Cobain, Chris Novoselic and Dave
Grohl.
Anorexorcist - rare track, only know to have been played
once on 12/14/87 in Tacoma, WA. This was Nirvana's first known show.

Baba O'Riley - rare track, a cover song
of The Who. It was only know to have been played once by Nirvana, in
Rennes, France 12/7/91.
Bambi Kill (Bambi Slaughter) - rare track, recorded as a
home demo in Seattle, the fall of '86. Found on the Fecal Matter Demo and
other bootlegs.
Bureaucratic Desire For Revenge - the CD single by Earth
that Kurt played on. Kurt played guitar on "A Bureaucratic Desire For
Revenge Parts 1 and 2". It was considered a CD single, but the three
tracks lasted 32 minutes. It was released in 1991 on Sub Pop.
Beans - rare track, allegedly from the Ted Ed Fred demos
in 1988. Recorded in '86, "The Beans Session". Other songs
recorded include Verse Chorus Verse (acoustic version, known as
"Sappy") and Misery Loves Company.
Been a Son - song #4 on Incesticide. Recorded in the U.K.
for the BBC Radio 1 Mark Goodier Sessions on 11/5/91 and was produced by
Miti Adhikari. Dave Grohl plays drums on this track. Originally one of the
B-sides from the "Blew" 12" single. A live version
(recorded 10/31/91 in Seattle) was also included on the
"Lithium" single. Been a Son written by Kurt Cobain and Chris
Novoselic.
Beeswax - song #9 on Incesticide. It was
taken from the Bleach demos, recorded 12/24/88 in Reciprocal Studios,
Seattle. The track also appeared on "Kill Rock Stars", a
compilation on K Records, released in the summer of '91. Chad Channing
plays drums on this track. Written by Kurt Cobain and Chris Novoselic.
Big Cheese - song #12 on Bleach. Chad Channing plays drums on
this track.Written by Kurt Cobain about Jonathan Poneman, a man at Sub
Pop, and the pressure he put on the band.
Big Long Now - song #14 on Incesticide. Chad Channing
plays drums on this track. Written by Kurt Cobain and Chris Novoselic.
Black and White Blues - acoustic instrumental track
recorded by Kurt Cobain. Unknown date, place etc.
Blandest - demo recorded in Reciprocal studios, 12/24/88.
It was later cut from the Love Buzz 7" single.
Bleach - Nirvana's first album. First released on vinyl,
June 1989. It was released on CD on Sup Pop and Tupelo Records in August
1989. It was remastered and re-released on DGC Records in April 1992.
Includes 13 tracks at 42:43, all written by Kurt Cobain except "Love
Buzz", written by Robby Van Leeuwen and originally performed by
Shocking Blue. Dale Crover played drums on "Floyd the Barber",
"Paper Cuts" and "Downer". Chad Channing played drums
on the rest of the tracks. It was recorded in Seattle at Reciprocal
Recording Studios by Jack Endino for $606.15 from December 24-29, 1988.

single, on Tupelo Records in December of '89. It's B-sides included
"Love Buzz" (written by Robby Van Leeuwen and originally
performed by Shocking Blue), "Been a Son", and "Stain"
(both written by Kurt Cobain and Chris Novoselic). Chad Channing plays
drums on this track. Blew was written by Kurt Cobain.
Breed - song #4 on Nevermind. Written by Kurt Cobain.
Burckhard, Aaron - Former Nirvana drummer, from 1985 to
1986.
Buzz Cut - an experimental sound clip, recorded and mixed
in Reciprocal Studios, 12/24/88 by Kurt. Also known as "Noise
Bleed" on some bootlegs. Intro to Love Buzz on 7" single.

Channing, Chad - the drummer for Nirvana from 1986-1990.
He played on most of the songs on Bleach and left the band before
Nevermind. Many songs on Incesticide are songs from studio sessions that
Chad took part in.
Clean Up Before She Comes - rare track,
recorded on a four track by Kurt in Seattle '87.
Cobain, Kurt - the front man of Nirvana.
He sang and played guitar throughout the band's career, from 1985 to 1994.
He wrote almost every song including numerous hit singles and lead the
band through four albums. Nirvana ended in 1994 when Kurt was found dead
on April 8th. He allegedly committed suicide.
Come as You Are- i) Song #3 on Nevermind and song #2 on
Unplugged. The Nevermind version was released as a single in February of
1992. It's B-sides include "School" and "Drain You",
both live versions recorded 10/31/91 in Seattle. Some singles also include
"Endless, Nameless", the secret song on most pressings of
Nevermind. Nirvana shot a video for this in '92, and recently it was named
the 12th best alternative video of all time by MTV. Come As You Are was
written by Kurt Cobain.

any Nirvana fan.
Crisco - rare track, known only to have been played once
on 11/29/91 in Glasgow, Scotland. It is also known as "Rock
Whore".
Crover, Dale - drummer of the Melvins who took the drummer
position temporarily for several months until Chad Channing joined the
band. He played on several tracks on Bleach and Incesticide.
Curmudgeon - the B-side on the "Lithium" single.
Recorded in April of 1992 by Barret Jones at the Laundry Room Studios.
Dave Grohl plays drums on this track. It was also played live only once,
on 11/23/91 in Belgium.
